 Our aim is to ensure that
when boys and girls leave our Nursery they do so as confident, happy children
whose first experience of a learning environment is a positive one and who are
looking forward to Kindergarten with enthusiasm.
The Nursery at Howell's is
a friendly, lively, colourful and exciting place. Housed in a Victorian house
within the Preparatory School campus it is self contained and secure, whilst
benefiting from having access to the wide range of facilities of the school.
The key to a successful
start to life beyond the home is ensuring that children feel happy and safe.
The Nursery staff create a warm, secure and above all caring and friendly
atmosphere. Our staff are experienced, fully qualified early years specialists
and nursery nurses. The ratio of staff to children is age dependent and we use
government guidelines as a minimum.
