Howell's senior
school builds on the foundation of the Preparatory School, maintaining
class sizes small enough to offer individual attention and support, and
providing well-qualified specialist staff to teach the broader
secondary school curriculum. Throughout the school the aim is for high
academic standards, with music, art and drama providing other
opportunities to excel. Inter house competitions add to the variety of
performing events, and extensive access is available to ICT facilities
across the school.
Every area of the school has a support
system, designed to provide care for each pupil in a sensitive and
responsive manner whether academic, social, medical or spiritual.
