Terms and Conditions
Payment of Fees: Parents are jointly and severally liable for the payment of school fees. All bills must be paid in full seven days before the start of each term or by monthly direct debits (no extra charge is made for this). A £30/month administration charge is made on the 1st of each month for each invoice still outstanding. Parents are liable for the costs of credit collection agents and/or legal proceedings. Late-payment of fees may result in loss of scholarships and can lead to formal exclusion from school. Notice: A clear term's notice must be given in writing by the first day of term, for withdrawal from school, or for any downward change in status (from boarding to day). A full term's fees are charged in lieu if the due notice is not given. Payment Options: Fees can be paid in 12 monthly instalments by direct debit commencing September 1st or can be paid in full 7 days before the start of each term. As advised last year, late-payment or non-payment of fees will result in loss of scholarships and/or removal from the school. Our payment terms and conditions of the 1st July 1997 remain in effect. Sleep-over boarding: By arrangement, cost of £25 per night (tea, bed & breakfast). Extras: Any costs incurred by way of extra curricular lessons and activities, books, examination fees, school uniform, etc. can be prepaid or invoiced termly. Late Arrivals & Early Departures of Boarders: If Boarders return earlier than 3 days or leave earlier than 3 days before the published start/end of term dates then a £50 administration fee will be charged.
